No return authorization is required. 

Shipping fees, duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable.

Juice Beauty is not responsible for return shipping costs. It is highly recommended to use a shipping method that includes tracking information for proof-of-return.

All returns (including product defects) must be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date.

Please either use your packing slip or print your email order confirmation to include in your return and circle or highlight the products you wish to return.

All bundled (sets/kits) items must be returned with all components for a full refund.

Returns are processed within 14 business days after receipt, and you will receive an email once your refund is initiated.
